NEAT x FIELDSTUDY: ACE & JIG

Every now and then our dear friend Sarah Knorr, owner of Fieldstudy, lets us play dress up in her beautiful pieces and pretends like we aren’t little heathens who at any moment could ruin her clothes with a  deep lunge crotch blow out…our favourite camera pose obviously. So when Sarah called us up and said we could try on her new Ace & Jig arrivals we did cartwheels all the way to Fieldstudy. This is a brand we have been waiting patiently for Fieldstudy to bring in because it has everything we love; colour, pattern, texture and funky silhouettes! Woot Woot! But we also love Ace & Jig because of what it stands for.

Ace & Jig is a female run company with a focus on craftsmanship, sustainability, and timeless pieces that contribute to slow fashion. All fabrics are sourced from India and the authentic textile designs are hand woven on wooden looms.  Not to mention that they provide free child care and grow organic produce for their employees using reclaimed water. We are not making this shit up. This company is basically Mother Teresa in romper form.

And speaking of rompers, that’s exactly what we got to wear for this shoot; the new Ace & Jig rompers that are available at Fieldstudy right now. We have never been huge fans of rompers in the past only because they are hard to fit, but my god these things were amazing! It felt like we were wearing power suit pajamas all day, and we could do as many deep lunges as we wanted with no fear of crotch blowout. But don’t take our word for it, let the pictures do the talking.
